Quality design: Our design team is flexible. We can utilize your existing artwork, customize templates to fit your brand, or build from the ground up.
Intuitive navigation: Making it easy for your participants to easily locate and redeem products is central to the success of the program. As part of quality design, we ensure that the site is user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Certificate/code recognition: In order to track and manage redemptions, we setup a database of unique codes that are disseminated to your recipients. Once redeemed, the code will become invalid. Expiration dates can also be set for each code. Reports are provided that show which codes have been redeemed.
Shopping cart capability: Shopping carts allow participants to place items in a cart and not redeem the code until they are certain they have the products that they want. It allows the system to validate that the products selected fall within the redemption restrictions. If you choose to allow items to be purchased, we are able to enable credit card processing.
Order management: Once items are ordered, automatic confirmations are sent to the participants. As items are shipped out, an email is sent with the relevant tracking information. This allows the user to quickly see the status of their orders.
