By carrying inventory on 95% of the products we represent, we are able to quality check items, ensure order accuracy, and meet your in-hands date. We have the ability to evaluate our inventory in real-time to verify our product levels meet your order criteria.

Special Requests
In addition to our 48-hour shipping policy, we provide custom packaging when items need to be shipped together for specific orders. When items are fragile, or costly, we offer “white-glove” delivery service options to ensure the order is received in the expected condition.
Tracking
When items are shipped the tracking information is emailed to the identified recipient. Also, our customer service team has access to all shipping and delivery confirmation information, and they are therefore able to assist in cases of missing or lost packages.
