Program Management
A successful incentive program requires careful planning, attention to detail, and a steadfast adherence to deadlines.
When you turn a program over to the Links Unlimited staff, a program manager is assigned to see it through, from initiation to realization. This program manager will be your main point of contact, dedicated to the successful execution of your project.
Program Methodology:
We follow the project stages below to ensure all aspects of the program are considered:
Analysis:
Determine goals to establish the direction and structure of the program. Identify requirements to create, execute, and support the project.
Design/Development:
Use the requirements to design and produce the program including: product selection, inventory, delivery venue, fulfillment details and customer service support.
Implementation:
Test program to ensure it goes “live’ in a seamless manner. Frequent communication and management of the overall process is provided.
Evaluation:
At program completion, generate reports to evaluate the success of the program.
