At Links Unlimited, we pride ourselves on our customer service. So, when it comes to our customer service center, we have invested in the right people, training, and technology to ensure a positive experience for each individual who calls.
When your program participants call our customer service center, they will reach an individual who is knowledgeable in the products and program they are supporting. Our agents have immediate access to customer order information and program details. Therefore, customer orders and inquiries are handled quickly and accurately.
Responsiveness
Our service center is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST Monday - Friday. Customer calls made outside of those hours are promptly responded to the following business day. In addition, Service Representatives can be reached via email; emails received during business hours are answered the same day. Emails received outside of business hours are responded to the following business day.
